Develop and execute marketing programs across all digital channels, including email marketing, paid media, content marketing, and other online marketing activities.Monitor and analyze program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and generate positive ROI.Create in-depth reports of programs and campaigns, and deliver insights to the management team on campaign performance and ROI.Communicate program updates, pipeline forecasts, and campaign results. Analyze program performance and make recommendation for improvements and optimization to meet monthly and quarterly goals.Collaborate with partners and recruiting teams to implement acquisition and engagement strategies and evaluate performance.Maintain and enhance marketing automation processes, including CRM and Eloqua, to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling campaigns and marketing assets that engage and resonate with our target audience.Manage relationships and ensure effective collaboration with external agencies and vendors.Achieve complete control in planning, execution and optimization of Client campaigns across the year to bring down CPL, improve MQL quality, and meet goalsTest and deploy new campaigns, content, and campaign elements to improve / overhaul existing operationsContinuous monitoring of ongoing campaigns to identify trends, issues and opportunities without delaysQualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in managing Client ads, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Extensive experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Data-savviness, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from reports and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal.
- Experienced in vendor management and relationship management
- Proficient in marketing technology such as CRM, enterprise marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, etc) and Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a keen focus on results.
