The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to close technical positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for the roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial technical screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
