Job Description : About the Role :

Seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Education Project Management Unit (PMU) in Vijayawada. The Consultant will play a critical role in driving education reform initiatives in collaboration with state education departments. This role demands strong project management capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement across various levels of the government ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage education reform projects in collaboration with SSA, SCERT, and Samagra Shiksha teams.
• Design and implement project strategies, monitoring frameworks, and cadence structures.
• Draft high-quality reports, policy documents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor field-level implementation of education programs and evaluate outcomes against predefined indicators.
• Analyze large-scale education datasets to inform policy and program decisions.
• Engage with state, district, and mandal-level officers to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Contribute to system transformation projects at the state or national level.
• Support capacity building and Training of Trainers (ToT) programs at scale.
• Provide technical expertise in school assessments and evaluation frameworks.
