Job Summary

We are looking for a tech-savvy Tech Program Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) with a proven track record of driving complex, cross functional, strategic digital transformation initiatives. This role will lead multiple Agile teams / projects / ARTs, ensuring effective delivery of high-impact programs aligned with enterprise and digital goals.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, self-motivated, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills while leading scrum teams and fostering dialogue with stakeholders. The candidate should be able to help design key processes and train and coach people in specific agile practices to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.

We're looking for someone that has :

• Is a go-getter and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-energy environment and to deliver business value outcomes for assigned initiatives
• Possesses strong leadership skills, is a self-starter, and able to corral / motivate team members
• Has a problem-solving mindset and doesn't get bogged down with constraints / challenges.
• Is an exceptional communicator and able to keep information flowing smoothly
• Able to establish / manage expectations and exert influence across cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Is a team player, and has strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Has deep understanding of the enterprise software development lifecycle, including agile transformations, DevOps mindset, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
