Job Description :

We are looking for a Technical Specialist in Automotive Interior Trim Components who can lead and mentor teams while delivering world-class product design solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead & mentor the design team on Interior Trim components ( DoorTrim / IP / Console)

Drive New Product Development – at least 8+ NPD projects completed in Trims

Deep knowledge of Plastic Part Design, Assembly, Manufacturing, and Tooling

Expertise in GD &T and Catia V5 / V6

Analyze, design, and develop parts as per OEM standards and design rules

Proactively identify design / process improvements

Strong communication, presentation & problem-solving skills

Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
