Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive. The ORM Executive will oversee the company’s online reputation across various platforms by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to reviews, feedback, and comments. Daily responsibilities include creating strategies to enhance online brand presence, engaging with user-generated content, addressing queries effectively, and mitigating potential reputation risks. The role also involves preparing detailed reports and recommending improvements based on feedback patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Online Reputation Management (ORM) tools and social media platforms
• Experience in handling customer queries, feedback analysis, and crafting effective responses
• Skills in content creation, writing, and communication strategies
• Data analysis skills with the ability to prepare actionable insights from user feedback
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with digital marketing and brand management concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Previous experience in ORM or customer relationship management is an advantage
