Job Title : Business Development Executive (BDE) - Offline Activations

Note : This role will involve frequent intercity travel .
Profile Overview :
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Offline Activations team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality execution of on-ground campaigns by coordinating with vendors and promoters, and building strong alliances at the local level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Execution : Lead and support the planning, execution, and supervision of on-ground BTL activations, ensuring all activities are executed as per brand guidelines and timelines.
- Quality Control & Monitoring : Maintain a high standard of execution across all on-ground activities. Proactively identify and resolve any gaps or deviations during the activation.
- Logistics Management : Ensure timely availability and distribution of all marketing materials and resources required for successful campaign execution.
- Vendor & Promoter Coordination : Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and promoters to ensure seamless delivery and performance on the ground.
- Alliances & Partnerships : Identify, pitch, and secure alliances with housing societies, community heads, or other key stakeholders to enable smooth campaign deployment.
- Reporting & Documentation : Maintain comprehensive reports on daily activities, campaign metrics, challenges faced, resolutions provided, and learnings for future improvements.
- Cross-Team Support : Collaborate with the internal planning team for activation schedules and provide on-ground feedback to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing on-ground activations, preferably with advertising agencies or BTL marketing firms.Demonstrated experience in securing alliances with societies or community heads.Strong understanding of campaign logistics and vendor / promoter management.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.Must own a two-wheeler.Ability to handle high-pressure field operations and ensure quality-driven execution across campaigns.Willingness to travel across cities as per campaign requirements.
