Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Vadodara for a Productivity Manager. The Productivity Manager will be responsible for streamlining workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational efficiency, managing and coordinating projects, setting realistic productivity goals, mentoring staff to meet performance standards, and collaborating with sales and strategy teams to align business objectives. The individual will also be tasked with problem-solving and implementing systems that boost overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective productivity solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and oversee various projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities to mentor team members, train staff, and ensure clarity in organizational objectives.
  • Sales acumen to collaborate with business development teams and align strategies with organizational goals.
  • Experience in leadership and organizational skills to drive team performance and manage cross-functional collaborations.
  • Ability to work independently and take proactive measures to achieve productivity goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations, STEM education, or automation tools is a strong advantage.
