Role Description
To strengthen candidate and B-School outreach and enhance operational and revenue efficiency, we are looking to onboard a dynamic Junior Manager . The role requires a proactive individual capable of handling end-to-end operational support, managing B-School relationships, driving outreach initiatives to increase candidate engagement and contributing to new client acquisitions for assessment services.
Key Responsibilities :
1. B-School Relationship Management :
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partner B-Schools.
- Facilitate new B-School sign-ups and ensure timely onboarding into the MAT system.
- Coordinate with institutions for receivables and maintain regular communication regarding upcoming schedules and MAT result releases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B-Schools regarding MAT participation and related activities.
2. Candidate Outreach & Support :
Execute targeted outreach campaigns to enhance candidate engagement and conversion.Address candidate queries, guide test modes, and ensure a smooth registration experience.Assist in managing communication and feedback between candidates, B-Schools, and internal teams.3. Operations & Coordination :
Support the end-to-end operational workflow for MATCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, IT, accounts, etc.) for smooth execution of activities.Track and report progress on outreach, engagement, and revenue generation metrics.4. Revenue Generation :
Contribute to achieving revenue targets through candidate acquisition and B-School partnerships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the enterprise segment.Identify and onboard new clients for assessment services.Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (MBA / PGDM preferred) with 2–4 years of experience in operations, business development, or institutional relations (education sector preferred).Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Attributes :
