Role Description :
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Relationship Manager / Sr Relationship Manager.
- The individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- They will also be tasked with generating new business, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The role requires regular interaction with clients, conducting meetings, and providing after-sales support to ensure long-term customer engagement and Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or financial services. Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement and service.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and address client needs.
Sales & Revenue Generation :
Achieve sales and revenue targets by offering a diversified product mix, catering to the needs of the clients.Provide targeted financial advice, investment planning, and portfolio management services to clients, ensuring they achieve their financial goals.Client Profiling & Advisory :
Conduct detailed client profiling and offer customized investment products to meet clients specific needs and objectives.Provide sound investment advice, keeping clients' financial aspirations and risk appetites in mind.Customer Service & Satisfaction :
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless service and prompt resolution of queries or issues.Maintain high service standards to ensure clients are satisfied and continue to entrust their financial investments with Bank AMC.Team Handling & Leadership :
