We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage scheduling and appointments for office staff
- Maintain and organize front desk area and office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure a high level of customer service to all guests and clients
Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative roleProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languagesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machinesProfessional demeanor and appearanceBasic knowledge of office management systems and proceduresSkills Required
