🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the customer journey from first onboarding call to successful enterprise go-live.

🔹 Lead onboarding & enablement for SMB and enterprise customers

🔹 Configure productivity rules, attendance logic, shifts, privacy controls & reports

🔹 Deploy desktop agents across Windows, macOS & Linux (from 10 to 1,000+ machines)

🔹 Handle silent installs, MSI/PKG deployments, scripts & policy-based rollouts

🔹 Troubleshoot enterprise environments (AD, security tools, permissions, proxies)

🔹 Stay calm and in control during escalations

🔹 Work with Product & Engineering to turn real customer needs into actionable feedback

🔹 Support adoption, retention & expansion opportunities

🔹 Occasionally travel onsite to make enterprise rollouts successful

• 2–5 years in B2B SaaS onboarding / implementation / IT support
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS & Linux
• Experience with enterprise deployments (MSI, scripts, AD, endpoint tools)
• Basic command-line comfort (PowerShell / Terminal / Shell)
• Clear communication + calm escalation handling
• High ownership mindset — you finish what you start
