About the Role :

We are seeking a Lead Functional Consultant to partner with clients in analyzing, designing, and architecting end-to-end solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

This high-impact role requires a combination of functional leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise in diving deep into complex systems.

Success in this role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead discovery and solutioning across business functions for manufacturing organizations, with a focus on digital transformation and deep system analysis.
• Dive deep into enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, PLM / product engineering systems, and sales platforms to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and define requirements.
• Analyze data flows, integration points, and system architectures to propose scalable, integrated solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to define and design future-state business processes and functional solutions.
• Conduct detailed functional discovery and provide guidance on how to optimize existing systems and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, articulating the value of solutions and ensuring alignment across executive leadership, functional teams, and end users.
