Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant & Implementer with strong expertise in core business modules such as Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and HR. In this role, the consultant will be responsible for gathering client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, managing data migration, and ensuring smooth end-to-end ERP implementations. The role demands functional and business acumen along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT compliance (especially in the GCC / UAE region), and Odoo Enterprise and Community editions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Odoo implementations, possesses excellent problem-solving and client interaction skills

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge in Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and HR modules within Odoo.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Odoo's financial workflows.
• Proven experience in Odoo configuration, data migration, and system setup.
• Hands-on expertise in both Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community editions.
• In-depth knowledge of GCC region compliance, particularly UAE VAT regulations.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Odoo functional consultant and a total of at least 5+ years of experience working with Odoo.
• Strong ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose practical, value-adding solutions.
• Capability to work independently or in project teams, adapting to dynamic client needs.
• Odoo certification will be considered an added advantage.
