Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities (B2B), building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, and negotiating and closing deals. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. This position is based in Chembur East, Mumbai.
Job Description :
- Corporate Ad Sales profile (Digital Marketing / Promotion Services)
- Identify & source active real estate advertisers / Developers via online and offline sources.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Responsible for B2B lead generation & management, sales, and business development in Mumbai.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Creation of a database of real estate developers & brokers.
- Give a presentation to advertisers about our marketing services & packages.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Responsible for client conversion, retention of existing clients, and references.
- Developing and maintaining the database, regular reporting & follow-ups
- If candidates with relevant experience are appointed at a managerial level, they would be given a team to handle.
Skills Required :
