We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary : As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the development team in Agile and Scrum practices to ensure that they understand and embrace the methodology.
• Help the team remove obstacles to progress, while empowering them to take ownership of the process.
• Ensure the development team is following Scrum practices and helping them continuously improve their performance.
• Help prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure that the team is always working on the most valuable items.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and informed about the progress of the project.
• Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software that meets customer requirements on time.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products / solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Planning and organizing demos and product / system testing.
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
