Job Title :

Shopify Developer (Contract Role – 6 Months)

Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Contract Duration :

6 Months (extendable based on performance)

Notice Period :

Immediate joiners or max 15 days

Experience Required :

4–5 years (minimum 3 years in Shopify development)

Educational Qualification :

B.Tech / M.Tech only

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain custom Shopify applications that integrate with Shopify stores.

Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure Shopify apps are fully functional, optimized, and aligned with Shopify best practices.

Integrate third-party APIs and services into Shopify apps.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues or bugs related to apps.

Ensure all apps are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Stay updated with the latest Shopify development trends.

Provide support and training to internal teams or clients when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience in Shopify app development and customization.

Strong knowledge of Shopify’s Liquid templating language, Shopify Themes, REST APIs, and GraphQL APIs.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Hands-on experience with Shopify app development frameworks (Shopify CLI, Polaris).

Understanding of authentication methods (OAuth, JWT) for secure integrations.

Proficiency with Git version control.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
