[3 Days Left] Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the sales team in managing and organizing daily sales activities.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases.
• Handle client communications, follow-ups, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support the preparation of reports, sales performance data, and presentations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Track sales targets and ensure team goals are achieved.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the sales department.
