Job Role : Junior US IT Recruiter (1–2 Years Experience)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and provide qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Coordinate with the team to meet hiring goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Perks :
