Role Overview :

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Product Manager to own everything cloud & AI – from LLM-powered storytelling to real-time device connectivity. You will translate business goals into scalable technical solutions, working closely with engineering, firmware, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own product roadmap for all cloud, mobile app, AI, and backend systems (LLM pipelines, APIs, user data flows).
  • Translate product requirements into technical specifications and oversee implementation.
  • Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs and speech models for real-time kid-safe experiences.
  • Prioritize between features, infra scalability, and tech debt to deliver fast and reliably.
  • Partner with engineering to monitor system performance (latency, cost, reliability) .
  • Ensure security, compliance, and privacy-first design for kids’ data.

Requirements :

  • 4–6 years of product / technical product management experience.
  • Proven experience shipping at least one consumer-tech product end-to-end (preferably involving AI / ML).
  • Strong understanding of LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and API integrations .
  • Technical background (CS / Engg) or ability to dive deep with engineers on architecture.
  • Excellent prioritization, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS / GCP / Azure), APIs , and microservices.
  • Experience working with speech tech (STT / TTS) , personalization engines, or recommendation systems a big plus.
  • Strong grasp of data engineering fundamentals – ETL, event logging, and analytics pipelines.
  • Ability to write clear technical PRDs, API contracts, and system diagrams .
  • Comfortable prioritizing techdebt vs. feature delivery and making trade-offs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, sprint planning, and communication skills.
