Your Role — Implementation / Forward Deployed Engineer

You’ll be the bridge between innovation and impact.

Your mission : help clients bring their most ambitious AI use cases to life using the AI Worker platform.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, design creative solutions, and make the magic happen — fast.

You’ll also shape how AI Workers evolve — influencing product design, context and prompt engineering best practices, and the art of deploying autonomous systems into the real world.

Strong Context and Prompt Engineering Skills. You deeply understand how to “speak AI” — crafting prompts and setups that make agents perform exceptionally.

Creative Systems Thinker. You can connect tools, APIs, and knowledge sources like building blocks to solve unique problems.

Fast Learner. You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly from idea to prototype to deployment.

Customer-Facing Communicator. You love working with users and helping them realize what’s possible.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI Workers for real-world client use cases.

Build, tune, and maintain context and prompt setups for high-performance AI behaviors.

Integrate knowledge bases, APIs, and tools using Commotion’s no-code / low-code interfaces.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to push platform capabilities.
