Job Title : ABA Scheduling Specialist

About the Position : The ABA Scheduling Specialist will work under the direction of the President / Clinical Director and Scheduling Coordinator. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and motivation to support company growth and ensure high-quality services for clients. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating therapy schedules and ensuring optimal utilization of client hours and staff availability.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor clients with open availability or unmet direct therapy hours on a daily basis.
• Match onboarding RBTs with available client therapy hours.
• Create potential weekly schedules for onboarding RBTs.
• Communicate regularly with the Scheduling Coordinator and other relevant departments to ensure consistency and quality assurance.
• Track and monitor client authorizations to maximize usage of approved service codes.
• Assist the Scheduling Coordinator with additional scheduling-related duties as assigned.
