Operations Manager – Craft My Plate

Location : Hyderabad (On-site; office + on-ground event operations)

Compensation : ₹ 4-30 LPA (based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead and scale Craft My Plate’s end-to-end catering operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of daily orders and events while driving operational efficiency across kitchens, logistics, and on-ground teams.

Responsibilities

Order & Event Execution

Oversee daily catering operations from order confirmation to final delivery.

Ensure timely preparation, dispatch, transportation, and event setup for 10–500+ pax orders.

Coordinate closely with kitchen, delivery, procurement, and customer service teams.

People & Vendor Management

Manage scheduling, deployment, and performance of kitchen staff, helpers, event crew, and delivery partners.

Handle coordination with rental, packaging, logistics, and raw material vendors.

Conduct training sessions to maintain quality and process discipline.

Quality & Compliance

Monitor food quality, packaging accuracy, portion control, and dispatch readiness.

Conduct routine operational audits across kitchens and event setups.

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and service guidelines.

Inventory, Procurement & Cost Control

Track stock levels and coordinate timely procurement of raw materials and packaging.

Reduce wastage through controlled usage and better forecasting.

Work with procurement on vendor negotiation and category cost optimization.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track daily KPIs : turnaround time, order accuracy, manpower efficiency, event execution quality, and customer NPS.

Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements.

Prepare weekly performance reports for leadership review.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, F&B, cloud kitchens, catering, or hospitality.

Strong execution, team management, and on-ground coordination skills.

Proven ability to run high-volume, time-sensitive operations.

Comfortable with operational data (Excel / Sheets).

Ability to solve problems quickly during peak hours or live events.

Willing to work on-site and handle weekend / event-based demands.

Strong communication and stakeholder management.
