Job Title : Video Editor

Location : Mumbai (Marol, Andheri)

Work Mode : Work from Office (Mon–Fri) + Saturday WFH

Timings : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM

Reporting to : Content Creator Lead

We’re looking for a creative and fast-thinking Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content. Someone who understands the rhythm of reels, the trends of Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and how to turn raw clips into thumb-stopping stories.

What You’ll Do

Edit engaging short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Work closely with the marketing and social teams to bring ideas to life
Add music, captions, effects, transitions, and other creative elements that match our brand tone
Maintain a quick turnaround time without compromising on quality
Stay updated with trending audio, effects, and editing styles
Organise and manage video assets efficiently

You Should Have

1–3 years of hands-on experience in short-form video editing

Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)

An eye for good storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics

Ability to adapt editing style based on platform and audience

A basic sense of colour correction and sound mixing

A creative mindset with an understanding of what drives engagement

Bonus Points If You

Have experience in shooting or directing short-form content

Are active on social media and understand digital culture

Can contribute ideas for content direction and storytelling
