JOB SUMMARY :
The Team Head – Industrial & Warehouse Leasing will lead and manage the leasing team responsible for industrial and warehouse properties . The role involves driving leasing targets, client acquisition, market expansion, and team performance management while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal departments like legal, operations, and development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and manage a team of leasing executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets .
- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans for industrial and warehouse properties.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments.
- Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback .
- Conduct high-level client negotiations for large leasing deals in coordination with legal and management teams.
- Ensure accurate property listings, availability updates, and client database management .
- Analyze market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to optimize leasing strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations, and development) for smooth closure of deals.
- Prepare and present reports on leasing activities, client interactions, and market insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients for repeat business and referrals.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or related field .5+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or property sales , including 3–5 years in team management .Strong understanding of industrial property market trends and warehouse operations .Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools .Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client site visits.CORE COMPETENCIES :
