Ruby On Rails Developer - Object Oriented Programming

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end teams with server-side logic.
• Manage database design, schema, and queries (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• Implement RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose :
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rails framework, and related libraries.
• Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React / Angular is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
