Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef – Continental Cuisine for our Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar located in Agra. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise in Continental cuisine and experience working in premium restaurants, cafes, or lounges.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
Ensure consistency and quality in all Continental dishes.
Plan and execute menu items, specials, and food presentation.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness as per company standards.
Manage inventory, wastage, and cost control.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements :

3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or CDP in Continental cuisine.

Strong knowledge of sauces, grills, steaks, pastas, and plating.

Experience in cafe / lounge / bar-style kitchens preferred.

Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
