What You'll Accomplish

Expert Consultations : Conduct comprehensive hair loss assessments, diagnose conditions, and recommend appropriate treatment protocols

Patient Education : Explain hair transplant procedures, set realistic expectations, and guide patients through treatment options using evidence-based information

Treatment Planning : Collaborate with surgeons to develop personalized hair restoration plans, including graft calculations and procedural timelines

Relationship Building : Establish trust with patients through professional expertise, empathetic communication, and consistent follow-up care

Documentation Excellence : Maintain detailed patient records, progress notes, and consultation outcomes to ensure continuity of care

Outcome Tracking : Monitor patient satisfaction and treatment results to continuously improve consultation processes

Required Qualifications

Essential Education & Medical Background :

BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) OR

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) OR

BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) OR

Any Medical Doctor degree

Valid license to practice in Maharashtra

Experience Requirements :

Previous experience required - No fresh graduates for this position

Demonstrated experience in patient consultation and medical assessment

Understanding of trichology, hair loss conditions, and treatment modalities

Track record of successful patient interactions and consultations

Core Competencies :

In-depth knowledge of hair loss causes, types, and progression patterns

Strong analytical skills for accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendations

Excellent verbal and written communication for patient education

Professional demeanor with ability to handle sensitive patient concerns

Preferred Skills & Experience

Specialized training or certification in trichology or hair loss treatments

Experience with hair transplant consultation processes and patient evaluation

Knowledge of FUE, FUT, and other hair restoration techniques

Understanding of scalp analysis, donor area assessment, and graft calculations

Familiarity with post-procedure care protocols and patient follow-up
