About This Role
We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce professional to join our team.
Job Responsibilities :
- User Management : Manage user creation, deactivation, role assignments, and permissions.
- Troubleshooting : Resolve issues with standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Ticket Response : Respond to tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLAs.
- Data Management : Import / export data, deduplicate, and perform mass updates using Data Loader.
- Monitor integrations with other applications and collaborate with technical teams.
- Configuration Changes : Assist with configuration changes (page layouts, profiles, flows, process builder, approval processes).
- Collaboration : Work with Salesforce developers, admins, and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Reporting : Generate reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Knowledge Updates : Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features.
- Documentation : Maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
Salesforce Application Development :
Application Development : Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
