JD :

• 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Compensation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SuccessFactors Compensation implementations.
• Facilitate design workshops with HR, Rewards, IT, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document and present solution blueprints, configuration strategies, and integration flows.
• Deep understanding of SuccessFactors Compensation architecture, configuration, and integration capabilities.
• Strong experience with SAP CPI, OData, SFAPI, and Intelligent Services.
• Expertise in leading design workshops and stakeholder presentations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise DevOps practices
