We're Hiring : Senior Manager - Operations (CMD Camp)

Location : Lucknow

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our leadership team as Senior Manager - Operations. This role reports directly to the Chairman & Managing Director with a dotted line to the Director Technical, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support CMD in day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, and execution.
• Oversee cross-functional activities and monitor multiple verticals.
• Prepare and review MIS, presentations, and reports for leadership.
• Act as a trusted partner to CMD, maintaining discretion and accountability.
