Technical Recruiter for IT Staffing
Seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions within the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical roles and hiring practices in the US market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions within BFSI client accounts
- Sources qualified candidates using job boards, ATS, and social platforms
- Conducts initial screening, assesses technical skills, and shortlists candidates
- Coordinates interviews with clients and follows up on interview feedback
- Negotiates compensation, closes offers, and ensures candidate onboarding
- Maintains relationships with candidates and clients for ongoing requirements
- Collaborates with Account Managers and delivery leads to prioritize hiring needs
- Ensures compliance with US employment laws and client-specific policies
- Tracks all candidate activity in the ATS and maintains up-to-date records
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitmentExperience recruiting for BFSI clients or technical roles in banking, financial services, or insurance domainsFamiliarity with various US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)Strong sourcing and screening skills using Boolean searches and ATS platformsGood understanding of IT skills and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple requisitionsComfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)About ptr-global :
