- Modules / functionality Hands On experience
- Sample Management
- Order Management
- Account and User Management
- knowledge of Service Cloud
- Email to Case setup and configuration
- iPad issues
- Experience with configuration / customization of Veeva CRM
- Perform configuration customization and impact analysis
- The candidate will be responsible for delivering in a timely and accurate fashion solutions using Veeva Platform
- Perform Code Review and Code Optimization
- Ensure enhancements and projects delivered with quality on time
- Build strong working relationships with Onsite offshore business teams and external vendors
- Being able to escalate issues to internal developer's external vendors or to infrastructure providers
- Present weekly monthly metrics to respective stakeholders
