What youll do

At Sourcing we define and govern IT sourcing and supplier strategies for the IT services used within Digital Volvo Cars. Our team works with processes and tools to drive vendor performance management cost optimization risk and compliance and relationship management for strategic IT service providers. We are now looking to strengthen our team with an IT Sourcing Contract Manager. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal development and growth.

You will join our global Sourcing and Software Asset Management team based in the Operations unit at the India Tech Hub. This unit is responsible for the operations digitalization and automation of sourcing vendor management and software asset management processes and datamaximizing the value and performance of our IT service and software vendors.

Main responsibilities

As an IT Sourcing Contract Manager you will enhance contract management and automation with main IT service providers and oversee related data. Your key duties are :

• Automate workflows and digitize contracts and vendor data collection.
• Ensure data quality within contract lifecycle tools
• Gain an understanding of the contractual structure and contract models and define how they are applied by internal stakeholders.
• Assist Digital units with IT contractual changes by assessing their impact on suppliers internal stakeholders and the contractual frameworks
• Manage IT contract templates
• Oversee governance and vendor performance processes
• Support Sourcing Specialists with IT sourcing strategy tasks
• Drive or join various projects analytics and reporting initiatives.

Were looking for someone with a strong understanding and proven experience over several years in IT sourcing and vendor management ideally within a large corporate environment. You should have deep expertise in IT contract management including contract drafting change management legal and compliance aspects as well as hands-on experience with platforms such as Coupa SAP Ariba and ServiceNow.

Youre a proactive doer who also sees the bigger picture and understands strategic direction. You work independently while contributing to team collaboration across global teams and stakeholders. You are solution-oriented analytical and likely hold a relevant university degree.
