Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer. The AI Engineer will be responsible for integrating and deploying AI solutions tailored to client-specific environments. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to identify their needs, developing and implementing AI algorithms, and optimizing security measures. The role involves backend / Frontend web development, software development, and object-oriented programming tasks.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player and proven leader. As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will partner with customers to understand their pain points, design AI-powered agents that address those needs, and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

Brainstorm with customers to understand current security and engineering processes and identify automation opportunities

Build prototypes tailored to customers on our AI agent platform for demos and proof-of-concepts

Deploy AI agents into customer environments and build integrations to customer data and tools

Collaborate with customers using AI engineering techniques to validate efficacy of the AI agents and demonstrate measurable improvements

Work with our core engineering team to productize prototypes

Document playbooks for customers and contribute to internal knowledge base for best practices and insights from customer engagements to keep enhancing the product

Qualifications

Strong background in Computer Science

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

5+ years of experience in software, solutions, or customer engineering roles with a strong emphasis on customer facing engagements

Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices such as code review, design review, threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, software supply chain

Hands-on experience building AI / ML-driven applications leveraging large language models (LLMs)

Proven skills in data preparation, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines

Understanding of evaluation metrics, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Proficient with APIs, JSON, and low-code / no-code platforms such as n8n

5+ years of deep fluency in modern JavaScript / TypeScript and Python

5+ years architecting and operating solutions in public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Proficiency in Front / Back-End Web Development and Software Development

Solid Programming skills, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Experience in deploying AI solutions and optimizing them for specific environments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
