Responsibilities :
- Product & Service Expertise : Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services, staying informed about features, benefits, and market positioning.
- Client Relationship Building : Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Business Development : Proactively research and pursue new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and avenues for growth.
- Needs Assessment & Solution Proposal : Identify and thoroughly understand clients' needs, requirements, and challenges, then propose suitable and tailored solutions from our product and service offerings.
- Consultation & Guidance : Provide clients with comprehensive product and service consultations, expertly guiding their decision-making process to ensure they choose the best solutions.
- Revenue Generation : Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to clients, contributing to sales and revenue targets.
- Issue Resolution : Efficiently and empathetically resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive client experience.
