Job Description Manager, Fundraising (Specially Abled Project)

Position : Manager Fundraising.

Location : Any Metro City.

Type : Full-time Hybrid.

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented professional to lead fundraising for our projects supporting persons with disabilities (PwDs / specially abled individuals).

The Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, engaging donors, and mobilizing resources to ensure the sustainability and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual fundraising plans for specially abled projects.
Identify and secure funding from corporates (CSR), HNIs, foundations, and institutions.
Build and maintain strong donor relationships through proposals, reports, and engagement.
Partner with CSR heads and grant-making agencies to explore new opportunities.
Create impactful fundraising campaigns and communication materials.
Track fundraising targets and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience :

Masters in Social Work / Development Studies / Business Administration or related field.

5 to 8 years proven fundraising experience (Specially Abled Project preferred).

Strong proposal writing, presentation, and donor engagement skills.

Ability to network with senior stakeholders and deliver results.

Commitment to inclusion and empowerment of specially abled individuals.
