Buyer

Euro Mechanical is looking for a Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and subcontracted services for EPC projects, while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project schedules, budget constraints, and company procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for project packages, from RFQ to PO issuance.
• Source, pre-qualify, and evaluate vendors in line with project requirements.
• Prepare and assess RFQs/RFPs, coordinating technical and commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams, maintaining procurement reports and supporting project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in EPC/Oil & Gas/Infrastructure projects.
• Someone who is willing to work remotely.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
