Job Title : Head of Analytics / Data : Summary :
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and visionary Head of Analytics / Data Science to lead our data function and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, developing our data strategy, and delivering impactful insights and predictive models that fuel business growth and operational Responsibilities & Strategy :
- Define and execute the data science and analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers.
- Evangelize data-driven culture across departments and influence stakeholders at all & Insight :
- Design and oversee execution of advanced analytics projects, including predictive modeling, segmentation, A / B testing, and customer analytics.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights and storytelling dashboards.
- Partner with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to inform strategic Science & Machine Learning :
- Guide the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Ensure robust evaluation frameworks and model monitoring are in Infrastructure & Governance :
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure the data architecture supports business intelligence and advanced analytics.
- Promote data quality, security, compliance, and ethical data Management :
- Present findings to C-level executives and collaborate closely with key business leaders.
- Prioritize analytics efforts based on business impact and :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Ph.D. a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in analytics / data science roles, with at least 35 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering business impact through data initiatives.
- Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Spark).
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management to Have :
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Start-up or high-growth environment experience.
