Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the USA to generate leads and secure sales for digital marketing services.
Identify and qualify potential clients through effective communication and sales techniques.
Develop a strong understanding of our digital marketing services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve sales conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or inside sales role, preferably in digital marketing services.
Proven experience with USA calling and sales processes, understanding of the cultural nuances and time zone considerations for effective communication.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively.
Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales software is a plus.
