Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales :
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for used car loan disbursements.
Identify and onboard new dealers, DSAs, and other sourcing partners.
Generate leads through dealer tie-ups, referrals, and market activities.
Cross-sell insurance and other financial products where applicable.
2. Channel & Dealer Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers, brokers, and agencies.
Ensure timely payouts, issue resolution, and regular dealer engagement.
Conduct dealer meets and promotional activities to increase market share.
3. Customer Relationship Management :
Interact with customers for loan requirements, eligibility, and documentation.
Ensure superior customer experience through smooth loan processing and delivery.
Resolve customer queries and post-disbursement issues promptly.
