Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Skill - Must Have

Working knowledge of testing container- based software applications.

Fundamental understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies : Docker, container orchestration and configuration management with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.

Experience in testing RESTful APIs

Working knowledge of Unix / Linux

Understanding Continuous Integration process and test management tools such as Jenkins, Jira.

Good skills in test data management

Proficient in Java & strong hands on experience in OOPS concepts. Should have good knowledge on collections and Exception handling

Should have hands-on experience automating web applications using Selenium in BDD (Cucumber) or TestNg framework

Excellent communication skills are must for this role This role would require working in Agile team

Technical Skill - Good to have

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP

Basic knowledge on Service Virtualization & Mobile Testing framework will be added advantage

Exposure to performance testing tools like Jmeter

Monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana
