As an eLearning Content Developer , you will report to the Senior Manager of the Instructional Design Team Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and program engaging and interactive learning solutions. You will use a variety of authoring tools and software to create content that is accessible remotely, catering to the diverse educational needs of learners. This role is crucial for ensuring learning content is produced effectively, efficiently, and in line with functional priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Content Development : Design and create engaging e-learning course content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite . You will also create supporting materials, including audio, video, simulations, and games.
- Collaboration & Design : Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to transform course content into engaging learning experiences. You will apply proven instructional design theories and methods and conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and their contexts.
- Quality Assurance & Maintenance : Conduct quality assurance reviews on courses and implement improvements based on feedback and assessment results. You will also maintain project documentation and course folders, ensuring programs are compatible with various devices and platforms.
- Innovation & Technology : Stay updated with the latest e-learning technologies and strategies. You will be familiar with programming languages like HTML, CSS , and JavaScript to create innovative content and rapid design solutions.
Qualifications
A Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or a Diploma with 7-9 years of experience in Training & Development or as an Instructional Designer.Experience with e-learning authoring tools ( Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond ) and instructional technology.Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.Familiarity with programming languages such as HTML, CSS , and JavaScript .The ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and scripts is a plus.Experience developing SharePoint sites is also a plus.Soft Skills
