Vb.Net Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of software applications.
• Provide hands-on coding and technical guidance in VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through implementation of best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, and troubleshoot complex issues across environments.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams for testing, deployment, and release management.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and workflows.
