The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end operations and service delivery for Ambulance & Emergency Services for a key client of the hospital chain. The role involves managing vendor partners, ensuring seamless coordination, maintaining compliance standards, and achieving the highest levels of service quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery across all client sites for Ambulance & Emergency Services.
- Coordinate end-to-end between hospital teams, client representatives, and vendor partners to ensure efficient service execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring consistent service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Handle service escalations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor on-ground performance, service quality, and adherence to SLAs and safety protocols.
- Assist clients in fulfilling audit and compliance requirements , including documentation, data accuracy, and regulatory readiness.
- Publish and present operational dashboards, MIS, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Emergency Medicine, HR, and Finance for smooth project operations.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance response time, efficiency, and patient experience.
- Ensure training and readiness of ambulance and emergency staff in coordination with vendors.
