Senior Associate - Finance Operations

Job descriptionCalculate and file GST returns accurately and on time. Keep abreast of GST regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions. Deduct and deposit TDS as per statutory requirements. Prepare and file TDS returns periodically. Reconcile accounts and manage payment adjustments as needed. Handle discrepancies in payments and resolve them promptly. Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports related to invoicing, GST, and TDS. Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation. Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve queries related to invoices and payments. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in invoicing, GST, TDS, and payment adjustments. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems. Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal
