Creates reusable code snippets as applicable.Writes, co-writes, and reviews design documentation.Tech explorations / POCs and owning and managing Tech roadmap for their respective areasIs highly proficient in one or more technical areas.Interprets business requirements / strategies for assigned groups; articulates capabilities, problem statements and gaps to appropriate audiencesContinually evaluates technology effectiveness / data interoperability of complex systems, influences vendor roadmap and direction of productsLeads large complex projects and initiativesAssists in presenting proposed future state and strategy / roadmaps to business / techExperience Required : 10+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable Full Stack applications across web and mobile platforms4+ years of experience in leading development teams and architecting large-scale, cross-platform applications8+ years of programming experience in Java, with a strong focus on building Microservices and RESTful APIs6+ years of experience in developing web applications using ReactJS and / or AngularJSExtensive expertise with application servers such as Tomcat, Apache Jetty, Reactor NettyStrong knowledge of database technologies including relational databases (Oracle, Azure SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), with experience in mobile data synchronization and offline-first strategiesDeep expertise in UI / Web 2.0 development (JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery, NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS), including responsive design and mobile-first developmentProven experience in mobile application development using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native Android / iOS SDKsBroad understanding of Web Application flow, Single Page Applications (SPA), Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and Content Management Systems (CMS)Minimum 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS), including deployment and scaling of mobile and web applicationsExperience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development toolsIn-depth experience with automated unit testing (JUnit / TestNG) and test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Rest-Assured, Karate), plus mobile testing tools like Appium or EspressoComprehensive knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologiesExpertise in analyzing and tuning application performance in high-volume, high-availability environments across web and mobileAdvanced skills in capacity planning, systems performance analysis, and optimization in distributed client / server and mobile ecosystemsCompetencies : Compassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
