Job description

ob Title : Bookkeeper

Experience Required : 1–4 Years

Salary Range : ₹4.5 – ₹6 LPA

Location : Greater Noida (Hybrid).

Key Requirements :

  • Canadian bookkeeping experience is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online and / or Desktop)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce or related field)
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification not required
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements
  • Process accounts receivable / payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Support preparation of tax filings and compliance reports for Canadian clients
  • Generate reports, analyze discrepancies, and support client queries
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping
