Job Responsiblties

the field of construction consultancy with decisive conclusion on overall associated works of the project with controlling any shortfall whether it is design, cash flow.

Appointing of Vendors, Material or Man power to complete the Project within time parameters in the favour of Project and all stakeholders.

Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Over-runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower Planning to ensure timely execution of projects.

Control & supervise the contractor functions

Controlling rcc,interior high end finishes,mep,handover etc

Candidate with 15+ yrs experience in higrise project,Exposure into "AUTOMATIC CLIMBING SYSTEM"
