Director, Paid Media Job Description
Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Director of Paid Media to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth through strategic campaign planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google, Meta, display, video, affiliate, and programmatic channels.
- Design and implement SEO plans to increase organic traffic and visibility, focusing on local and national initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance data to inform ongoing strategy and drive business results.
- Plan and execute A / B testing for key campaigns to optimize conversion rates and return.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media and SEO efforts with business priorities.
- Manage relationships with media agencies and platform partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Coordinate digital strategy with key brand moments, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches.
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in paid media and SEO, preferably in a multi-location or franchise business.A track record of success driving performance marketing efforts for digital channels.Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and media buying platforms.Hands-on experience with CRM / CDP platforms (HubSpot required; Amperity or Klaviyo a plus).Quantitative analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Domo) to execute campaigns.Ability to successfully lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams.Experience working in a membership-based or wellness-focused business is a plus.
